Nursing is a demanding program and I want to advocate for all nursing students from the UWSA perspective! My peers should feel represented as I’ve stepped into various leadership roles in highschool which have shaped the way I would represent the Faculty of Nursing now.

Both academic and mental health support are my top priority. I want to advocate for study groups and mental health services catered to the needs of nursing students. By using the feedback of my peers, I aim to push for a change within UWSA.

Openly communicating with nursing students is key to ensureI approach this role in a transparent way. Whether this be through google forms, DMs or just asking those around me, I can ensure I am representing the best interest of the faculty!

Student experience is heavily shaped by the student government as they make student life exciting! Being able to host events, provide services and other opportunities for UWSA is such a great initiative and it is exactly what motivates me want to run! I hope to contribute input for the Faculty of Nursing and all undergraduate students!
