An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering of a company's shareholders and board of directors. It's a chance for shareholders to ask questions and for the board to present the company's annual report.

    • March 2nd:Proxy form submission opens 

    • March 2nd: Member proposal/resolution submission period opens 

    • March 5th: Motion writing support session #1 – 5:00pm-8:00pm 

    • March 11th: Motion writing support session #2 – 5:00pm-8:00pm 

    • March 20th at 5:00pm: AGM registration deadline + Member proposal/resolution submission deadline 

    • March 23rd at 5:00pm: Proxy form submission deadline
