I have extensive experience representing and shaping policies in various organizations. I’ve led Army Cadet courses in British Columbia and served on multiple committees within my school board, where I worked to ensure fair and effective decision-making.
I’m also actively involved in our campus community, running the social media fo and help organize the UWindsor delegation for the CUSEC conference, a major event that connects students with industry leaders and new opportunities in tech. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how collaboration and communication can strengthen our department and open doors for students.
As Computer Science Director, my priority is to listen to students and be there for you; both when things are challenging and when they’re going great. I want to create a healthy, open, and supportive atmosphere within the council and across our department. There should be no barrier between the council and the students; we’re all part of one community working toward the same goal.
Together, we can build a stronger, more connected Computer Science department, one that supports every student’s growth, ideas, and success.

Right now, one of the biggest challenges facing our university, and especially computer science students, is the impact of economic instability and the lack of clear communication between students, faculty, and administration. With rising costs and limited resources, many of us are feeling the strain both academically and financially.
As Computer Science Director, I want to ensure that our services and opportunities become more accessible, efficient, and responsive to today’s challenges. I’ll work to improve access to career development resources, internship and co-op opportunities, and support for affordable student living.
I also believe that communication within our department can be stronger. Every computer science student should know about upcoming events, research opportunities, and how to make their voice heard. I’ll advocate for more transparent updates, and better channels for feedback so that students are truly represented and supported.
Together, we can make the Computer Science department a more connected, informed, and supportive community for everyone.

As Computer Science Director, I will ensure accountability and transparency by keeping communication open and consistent with students in our department. Decisions that affect computer science students should never happen behind closed doors; you deserve to know what’s being discussed, why, and how it impacts your academic experience.
I’ll advocate for clear updates on departmental initiatives, opportunities, and council discussions, as well as more direct feedback channels such as surveys or open sessions where every student can share their perspective.
When it comes to decision-making, I believe in listening to diverse viewpoints before drawing conclusions and using real student feedback and data to guide every decision. My goal is to represent computer science students honestly and to make choices that are practical, fair, and always in your best interest.
Together, we can make the Computer Science department more transparent, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of every student.

The UWSA Board of Directors serves as the vital link between students and the University of Windsor’s leadership. I believe the Board’s primary responsibility is to fairly and accurately represent the voices and concerns of students.
By fostering open communication and close collaboration with university leadership, we can build a stronger and more effective system that truly benefits both students and the university as a whole. I want to be part of this effort because I’m passionate about strengthening that connection and helping make our university a better, more inclusive place for all students.
