The Student Centre welcomes you and thanks you for choosing us for your event. As we continue to serve you, we have put together a list of items that you may require for your booking. It is our intention to provide you with all the necessary information to better assist with your planning, and to create a smooth organized process that respects both our and campus partners’ policies and procedures.
REQUEST TO RESERVE SPACE THROUGH THE INFORMATION DESK IN ADVANCE AS SOME APPROVALS TAKE BETWEEN 2-4 WEEKS. EVENTS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE ACCOMMODATED IF ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET.

FLOOR PLANS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. THE INFORMATION DESK HAS PRE-APPROVED ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
EVENTS HELD OUTSIDE OF STUDENT CENTRE HOURS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
