Our Goal

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to combine with the national goal of $1 million dollars in addition we aim to recruit 500 volunteers for different opportunities and Shine Day (September 12th)

How are we going to reach our goal?

  • Hosting BBQs, car washes, sports tournaments, a semi-formal mixer, pasta dinners
  • Selling raffle tickets, pizza, glow sticks, water bottles, freezies
  • Donation cans placed at local businesses, pledges, "Round-Up a Buck at The Bookstore"
  • Sponsors
  • Shine Day is our largest fundraising event where bus loads of volunteers go out into the community to shine shoes for donations. (This is how Shinerama established itself. It has been a long tradition since 1964, where volunteers go out in the community to shine shoes for donations.)

Let's show the nation that University of Windsor and its community SHINES BRIGHT!
