Event and Funding Forms
On Campus Event Forms and Information
For all other Club/Society events, an Event Form must be submitted in order for your event to be insured. Click below for the necessary forms, as well as links to other information about planning on campus events.
Off Campus Event Forms and Information
If your off-campus event involves alcohol, or takes place outside of Windsor, additional forms can be found below.
Student groups are eligible to receive Club Funding, Relief Funding, Special Event Funding, and Sponsorship Funding from UWSA. There is also separate funding for dry events. Please click here
