The Peer Support Centre is bringing Laughter Yoga back again this semester!
Join us as we host a free class of Laughter Yoga, led by our very own John! Laughter Yoga combines the breathing techniques of yoga combined with laughter, dramatic play and improvisation to bring about physical and psychological health benefits! Laughter Yoga is for everyone and no prior experience, mat, or material is required. Please just bring yourself, a smile, and an open mind 🙂
There will be a free snack bar after the Laughter Yoga session.
