Your student union, the UWSA, is hosting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, February 5th at 5:30 PM in the CAW Alumni Auditorium! At AGM, every full-time undergraduate student has the right to vote on changes to the organization’s by-laws and set the direction for the UWSA going forward.
Members can propose motions to be discussed or voted upon at the AGM as per By-Law 40.03. Member proposals must be submitted to UWSA@uwindsor.ca by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 15th 2019.
Members that are unable to attend can send a proxy (representative) in their place in accordance with By-Law 40.12. Proxy forms are available at the top of this page and must be submitted to the UWSA office by 4 PM on Friday, February 1st:
